Born in 1986, lives and works in Paris.
Since 2009, Capucine Vever imaginates stories by way of videos, installations, sound pieces and text publishing. Her works make a link to the geographical contexts of the territories she discovered during residences (Malakoff, Plateau de Millesvaches, Lorient harbor...) or artistic events (Belleville Biennale, Arenes de Lutece, Ghent, Rennes, Nantes, Brussels...).
Thus she works on and develops the narrative potential of these geographical, social or cultural, environments. Thereby the reality mixes with the fiction and sometimes deals with likely situations, the representation mingles with the interpretation, the rumor with the legend ; all these narratives open up and call our mental projection.
